Axiom Visions Terms of Service (Messaging Program)

1. Program description and eligibility

The Program provides informational text messages such as verification codes, alerts, and service updates. You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to enroll. If you use the Program on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Opt in and consent

• Primary opt in is through our web form at Optin where you submit your phone number and agree to the consent text shown.
• If you have previously opted out, you can opt back in by replying START. We may also require you to re enroll through the web form to confirm consent.
• By opting in you consent to receive informational SMS from Axiom Visions.

3. Commands and fees

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
• Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your settings and activity.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Your responsibilities

• You represent that you are the current owner or usual user of the phone number you provide.
• If your number changes or is reassigned, notify Axiom Visions promptly at info@axiomvisions.com to prevent messages to a new owner.
• You are responsible for any carrier charges for messaging or data.

5. Delivery and carriers

Delivery can depend on your carrier and device. Supported carriers and coverage can change. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to network issues, handset settings, spam filtering, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Program for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or abuse.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Program or related systems.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or other users’ data.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time. We may update these Terms; the Effective Date reflects the latest version. When required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

8. Third parties and disclaimers

We may use service providers to deliver messages and maintain logs. They act on our instructions. The Program is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered without delay, error, or interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Visions and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located there.
